Request for Sterling PD's 2023-2024 Overtime Slips Request Data

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

Every sworn officer and civilian member of the Sterling Policy Department for fiscal year 2023 and fiscal year 2024:

1. First and last name;
2. Unique sequence number;
4. 2023 - Requester's stated reason for overtime request
5. 2023 - If request was approved or denied
6. 2023 - Amount paid to officer and/or civilian in overtime
7. 2024 - Requester's stated reason for overtime request
8. 2024 - If request was approved or denied
9. 2024 - Amount paid to officer and/or civilian in overtime

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
