Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of any communications, including but not limited to, the approvals mentioned in this article (https://www.elpasotimes.com/story/news/2019/05/28/border-wall-gofundme-campaign-not-compliance-new-mexico-mayor-says/1263535001/" ) with any person affiliated with "We Build The Wall" (including but not limited to: Kris Kobach; Brian Kolfage; Stephen (Steve) Bannon; John Moran Jr.; Robert Spalding; Erik Prince; Curt Schilling; Tom Tancredo; David Clarke; Mary Ann Mendoza; Steve Ronnebeck; Dustin Stockton; Tiffany Ruegner; Jennifer Lawrence; and Amanda Sheland) Sunland Park City Inspectors.

Copies of communications between any person affiliated with "We Build The Wall," including but not limited to those named above, and any Sunland Park staff member.

Copies of all construction permit approvals or denials issued to any person affiliated with "We Build The Wall," or "We Build The Wall" itself, including but not limited to those named above.

Copies of all construction permit approvals or denials issued to any person affiliated with "American Eagle Brick Company" including but not limited to those named above.

Copies of any construction plans regarding any border wall construction for the year 2019 retained or issued by Sunland Park staff member.

Copies of any cease and desist orders, stop-work orders, or other documentation regarding the work stoppage of the build the wall project.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
