The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

My name is Michael A. Limon and I am the deputy city clerk for the city of Sunland park, and I was forwarded your information request.

I wanted to follow up with an additional question regarding your request. It is my understanding that you are looking for copies and or records of all voicemails

regarding public comments for May 23, 2019 to May 31, 2019. What is the subject matter of your requests? Currently the City finds your request to be very broad. We would
