All unedited body-worn camera / bodycam recordings related to the following law enforcement critical incident:
Incident Date: August 27, 2022, 7:00 PM
Location: Near 708 Ogden Ave, Superior, WI 54880
Suspect Name: Jason
Type of Incident: battery on a LEO
Reason for Police Response: Forcefully taking girlfriend's money at a strip club
The patrol car license plate numbers dispatched at the time: E8102, E7102
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Please send a check or money order in the amount of $64.00. Once your check has been cleared we will start the process of downloading requested body cam footage. The requested media will be sent to you on a flash drive via certified mail so please send addressed envelope to assure prompt delivery. Flash drive will be sent no longer than 15 days after the payment has cleared.

Would it be possible to reduce the file size of the requested materials and send them via email?
I am specifically requesting bodycam footage from August 27, 2022, between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM (1 hour) for the following officers:

Hello, I apologize for the delayed response.
I’m not sure what additional information you need. When I first requested the footage, I was told that I could receive all the footage for $64, but that was a bit burdensome for me. So, I sent you the bodycam number instead. Then you mentioned that you needed a name, so I provided the name. However, now you’re saying that it’s still not enough information, and I’m confused.
Could you explain why you initially mentioned that I could receive all the footage for $64? I would appreciate it if you could let me know what I can do from here.

Your request is too vague, we need to know a last name or birthdate for “Jason”, around 708 Ogden is not a sufficient address as we could have had 42 calls around that address on the date provided, we cannot find incidents based on the information you provided in your request. The email you received regarding the $64 used to be sent out to most all body cam requests, things have since changed. If you can get us more information on who was involved; the date and time of the crime we will be able to find it, due to the issues involving this request we will send the footage to you free of charge once all the information is provided….
