You have complete access through our web site at http://dos.myflorida.com/sunbiz/ , to all records formed or registered after Nov. 1997 to present that are maintained in this office. From the homepage, select "Search Records". On the next screen under the category "Corporations, Trademarks, Limited Partnerships & Limited Liability Companies" you may choose your search option. You can inquire using the entity name, Federal Employer Identification Number, Officer/Director/Registered Agent Name or the document number.
Older documents not in the image system remain available on microfilm and will need to be obtained by contacting: Division of Corporations, PO Box 6327, Tallahassee, FL 32314. The fee for a certified copy of the articles is $8.75 ($30.00 for LLC Articles). Make checks payable to the Florida Department of State. For additional information you may call (850) 245-6053.
