From: Jason Koebler

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

Public reports show that Florida has instructed superintendents that teaching sexual identity is banned: https://newsroom.collegeboard.org/statement-ap-psychology-and-florida

Therefore, I hereby request the following records:

1) Any meeting recordings, audio, video, or notes from meetings about AP Psychology. Specifically, I am looking for recordings and/or notes from the Zoom meeting from Monday, July 31 at 10 AM et with the Florida Association of District School Superintendents and Florida DOE. I am also seeking the same for any subsequent Zoom meetings or briefings. Please process this part of the request first and release the records as soon as they are ready.

2) Any messages, emails (including attachments), memos, presentations, or guidance about "AP Psychology" or "Advanced Placement Psychology" from May 1, 2023 until the time this request is processed.

3) Any emails to, from, or mentioning “Brian Barnes” (bbarnes@collegeboard.org) from January 1, 2023 until the time this request is processed.

4) Any emails or communications with the Florida Association of District School Superintendents about "AP Psychology" from May 1, 2023 until the time this request is processed.

5) Any memos or communications sent to schools, superintendents, administrators, teachers, parents, students, other government organizations mentioning "AP Psychology" or "Advanced Placement Psychology" from May 1, 2023 until the time this request is processed.

To help limit the extent of the responsive documents, please limit search from Jan 1, 2023 through the time this request is processed. Please deliver these documents on a rolling basis as responsive documents are found. You can treat #5 (emails) as a separate request because I suspect there will be many more responsive documents there.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Sincerely,

Jason Koebler
