To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any records of arrests made during the years 2017, 2018, and 2019; of crimes being charged as human trafficking, including but not limited to, crimes of (1) involuntary servitude and (2) commercial sex trafficking. Additionally, please provide any demographic information related to the arrest that your agency may possess, including the age, gender, race, (and any other relevant fields) of the victims and the perpetrators. Additionally, please provide any available data on the time and locations of each arrest made.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

What is SL Office? We have no such thing....

Will need $250 before we commence.

We don't have the data compiled in the time frames needed and some may not exist which will result in more research to confirm.

Any records we have on civilians or juveniles or sex crimes will be heavily redacted due to victims amendment in January to protect their identities. Redaction time will be extensive.

Any overpayment will be refunded, any amount due will be billed appropriately upon completion.
