Preparations for Tampa Bay Rays’ temporary relocation

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

All records, plans, communications and correspondence relating to preparations made for the Tampa Bays Rays’ relocation to George Steinbrenner Field for the 2025 season, including but not limited to alterations to public transport routes, security staffing, anticipated road closures, and alternate routes.

I am specifically looking for a list of responsive records including, but not limited to, relevant contracts and amendments, meeting notes, and emails and other written communications.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
