Ms. Moore,

You have e-mailed the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office, but our office will not have most of the records that you are seeking. Robert Echols was arrested and investigated by the Fort Worth Police Department (report # 18-34628), so you will have to contact the Fort Worth Police Department to obtain records from their case file since the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office will not have those records. You must contact the Tarrant County District Clerk's Office to obtain felony court records since the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office will not have those records on court case #1541408. As far as Jail records, I can confirm that Robert Echols was booked into the Tarrant County Jail twice (04/20/2018 and 04/27/2021) on this same case of Delivery/Manufacture of a Controlled Substance 4-200 G. There are paper Jail booking files of documents required to book someone into the Tarrant County Jail, but they usually do not contain detailed information about any charges. If you want these records, please let me know in writing, and I will review them to provide you a cost estimate. You will also have to agree to redactions of personal information such as dates of birth, drivers' license number, Social Security Number, medical information, etc.

Most of the same applies to Courtnie Kelley in that the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office will not have most of the records. Courtnie Kelley was arrested and investigated by the Fort Worth Police Department (report # 18-34628), so you will have to contact the Fort Worth Police Department to obtain records from their case file since the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office will not have those records. You must contact the Tarrant County District Clerk's Office to obtain felony court records since the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office will not have those records on court case #1541404. As far as Jail records, I can confirm that Courtnie Kelley was booked into the Tarrant County Jail twice (04/20/2018 and 10/01/2018) on this same case of Delivery/Manufacture of a Controlled Substance 4-200 G.

From: Tarrant County Sheriff's Office

Ms. Moore,

Per my May 4, 2021 e-mail that you included below, the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office does not have the court records, offense reports, or investigative records. I provide you information such as the report number to contact the Fort Worth Police Department as well as the court case numbers for you to contact the Tarrant County District Clerk's Office. I even provided you the dates that these individuals were in the Tarrant County Jail and for what charges. I had asked you if you wanted the Jail booking file and if you agreed to the standard redactions of personal information as required under the Texas Public Information Act. I outlined this information in red in the e-mail below. I had not received a response , until today. Per the Texas Public Information Act, I am seeking clarification on your request. Please let me know in writing (e-mail) if you want the Jail booking files, and if you agree to the standard redactions of personal information as required under the Texas Public Information Act. If you do want the Jail booking files and agree to the redactions, I will create a cost estimate for you. Pursuant to Texas Government Code section 552.222, the Sheriff's Office is required to inform you that if we do not receive a written response to this request for clarification or narrowing within 61 days, your request is considered withdrawn.

Sincerely,
