To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to Tennessee's Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All Targeted Employment Area approval letters and requests for Targeted Employment Area approval since 2014.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Andrew Tran
From: Larry Hunt
This office is in receipt of your request for records. §T.C.A. 10-7-503(a)(2)(A) makes public records available to citizens of the state of Tennessee. The same act permits the records custodian to require photo identification, issued by a governmental entity that includes the person's address. This enables the record custodian to confirm the requestor's status as a citizen of Tennessee.
Please provide a copy of the photo identification meeting the criteria listed above to document your status as a citizen of Tennessee, and I will process your open records request as quickly as possible upon receipt.
If an adequate response is not received within 14 days, your request will be closed.
