Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All signed data sharing agreements with the Metro Nashville Police Department that is currently active, or will be active any time through 2023.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

On March 27, 2023, this Office received your public records request for "all signed data sharing agreements with the Metro Nashville Police Department that is currently active, or will be active any time through 2023." It is our understanding you are requesting the Memorandum of Understanding between the Metro Nashville Police Department and the Tennessee Fusion Center. We are seeking clarification of whether you intend your request to also include user agreements related to the Tennessee Information Enforcement System ("TIES"). Additionally, please confirm the address where responsive records can be mailed.
