Hello,

Please see attached. Thank you for your help with this request.

From: Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility

As you can see the original request #010089 was closed because it was requested by someone other than a TN resident. We then received the request by a TN resident, Mr. Kent Hoover, to whom our initial letter setting out the time frame was sent. The 30 days for processing is not up until October 18, 2023. I anticipate getting the records to you prior to that date.
Best regards,

Per your request, I've attached public record documents related to Paul Edward Prather, BPR #010089. Note that the documentation is limited in that Mr. Prather had only one complaint as a respondent listed in our records. There are no fees applied to this request.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in providing the records to you and know that I appreciate your patience while my division has been short-staffed. If you have any questions or if I can be of further assistance, please contact me, and I'll be happy to help you.

Have a great week.
