We have received your request via Fax dated October 16, 2024.
Before we begin the process I will need you to fill out the attached Public Records Request form and provide a copy of a valid Tennessee Driver License.
For your information on the request, we do not have an internal IT department, we use an outside company for our IT needs and therefore the fee will be based on their hourly rate, after the first hour (which we are required to cover.) An estimated amount will be provided, and advance payment will be required before we proceed.

Regarding the fee for the Public Records Request
The fee will be $150 per hour, this is the charge from our IT provider company; I apologize this was emailed to me on October 23, and I had accidentally filed it in another email folder.
They expect the project to take about 4 hours. The charge to you would be $600

Can I have an itemized invoice for this?

Unfortunately, I do not have an itemized invoice for work that has not yet been performed.
The fee of $150 per hour, for an estimated four (4) hours, for a total of $600, payment will be required before the work is performed.
If there are additional hours required there would be additional fees which would need to be paid before the information is provided to you.
