Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all documents pertaining to Tennessee HB0482 – sometimes also known as “House Bill 0482” or “HB 482” or “House Bill 482” or “HB 0482” or “House Bill 0482” or “SB 0467” or “SB 467” or “Senate Bill 467” or “Senate Bill 0467” or “AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, Chapter 14; Title 40 and Title 65, Chapter 35, relative to destruction of property” — as it relates to correspondence received from the following external parties falling between 11/01/2022 and the date of the fulfillment of this request:

-the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce & Industry (including, but not limited to searches for emails ending in the domains “@tnchamber.org”)

-the American Legislative Exchange Council (including, but not limited to searches for emails ending in the domain “@alec.org”)

-the American Petroleum Institute (including, but not limited to searches for emails ending in the domain “@api.org”)

-the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (including, but not limited to searches for emails ending in the domain “@afpm.org”)

-the Tennessee Oil and Gas Association (including, but not limited to searches for emails ending in the domain “@tennoil.com”)

-the Tennessee Fuel & Convenience Store Association or Tennessee Fuel and Convenience Store Association (including, but not limited to searches for emails ending in the domain “@tfca.info”)

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
