Upload documents directly: https://www.muckrock.com/ Regarding part 1 of your request, there are no records. Regarding part 2 of your request, please see the attached. Regarding part 3, further clarification is required to complete your request: This part of the message seeks to narrow or clarify your request to avoid the production of and potential charges for responsive information that you are not interested in receiving. Additionally, clarifying or narrowing the scope of your request can assist the Department in providing responsive information to you more quickly. A preliminary search was conducted, using the terms and the date range provided. It produced over 2700 potentially responsive emails. Please note that any responsive email would need to be individually reviewed for relevance, confidentiality, privilege, or other issues. Please narrow or clarify the items request to avoid significant charges. Narrowing the timeframe for your request or limiting your search terms, especially removing terms that would be considered commonly used words, or limiting your search to specific employees could help to reduce the volume of potentially responsive records and reduce any potential cost in providing you with releasable records. Additionally, if there is a specific incident in question, this could help clarify your request. A Department organizational chart is available on our website. Respond to this email with the details requested above. Please clarify what information you are seeking and we will proceed with your request accordingly. In accordance with Government Code section 552.222(d), if we do not receive a written response from you by the 61st day after the date of this letter, your request will be considered to have been withdrawn. You may submit the response in writing by responding to this email. For questions or additional information, please reply to this email. Cordially, Brian Riemenschneider
