Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Probation records relating to Ethan Anthony Couch (DOB April 11, 1997) who killed four people while driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs on June 15, 2013. He was sentenced on April 13, 2016 at Tarrant County Court to four consecutive terms of 180 days in Tarrant County jail and was released on April 2, 2018 with the court stating that Couch will remain on probation until 2024. Seeking any and all recommendations, reports, documents and infractions from April 13, 2016 to date.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
