Dear Ms. Lipton:

On July 28, 2014, the Office of the Governor (the "OOG") received your request under the Public Information Act (the "PIA") for the following information:

A copy of the calendar(s) with events maintained by the Office of Rick Perry and used as reference for the daily agenda of Governor Rick Perry during the month of June 2014.

We have compiled the information responsive to your request. The OOG asserts no exceptions to disclosure of most of the information responsive to your request, and we are releasing this information to you. Accordingly, the documents being released are attached to this e-mail.

We believe the remainder of the responsive information is excepted from required disclosure under the PIA and have requested an opinion from the Attorney General's office with respect to the release of this information.
