Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
~ Current and historical salary and total compensation for General Manager(S), Assistant General Manager(s), and all Executive Level, Department and Divisional Staff for years 2018 to Current.
~ Copies of employment contracts for General Manager, Deputy General Managers, and all executive level staff from 2018 to Current.
~ SJRA vehicle policy regarding use of SJRA vehicles for travel to and from residence and work for General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and staff assigned SJRA vehicles for years 2018 to Current.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

The San Jacinto River Authority ("SJRA") has received your Public Information Act request (the "Request") of June 2, 2023, which asks for various categories of salary/compensation and vehicle use information.
Further information is needed to allow us to process your request in a timely manner. In determining what information to provide, we understand what is meant by the positions of General Manager(s), Deputy General Manager(s), and Executive Level Staff. We are unclear as to whether "Department and Divisional Staff" is meant to include all staff employed by SJRA, or if it is meant to include only department/division managers.
Please provide us with clarification at your earliest convenience so that we can begin collecting the requested information.

Thank you for your quick review and reply to my FOIA request.
To clarify your questions - I am seeking salary and contract information for only the General Manager(s), Deputy General Manager(s), and Executive Level Staff which should include "Department and Divisional Staff".
I am NOT needing the salary information for all staff employed by SJRA, only department/division managers and higher.
I hope this clarifies my request. Thank you again for prompt reply.

The San Jacinto River Authority ("SJRA") has received your Public Information Act request dated June 2, 2023, which was clarified June 5, 2023 (the "Request"). The Request asks that SJRA provide you with the following information from 2018 to present:
* Current and historical salary and total compensation for General Manager(s), Deputy/Assistant General Manager(s), and Executive Level Staff, to include Department and Divisional Management Staff;
* Copies of employment contracts for General Manager(s) Deputy/Assistant General Manager(s), and Executive Level Staff, to include Department and Divisional Management Staff; and
* SJRA vehicle policy regarding the use of SJRA vehicles for travel to and from residence and work for the General Manager(s), Deputy/Assistant General Manager(s), and staff assigned SJRA vehicles.
RESPONSE
In response to your Request, we are providing the following information:
* Current and historical salary and total compensation information for the categories listed (Excel spreadsheet); and
* SJRA's Vehicle Policy (PDF)
SJRA does not require or issue employment contracts therefore, we have no information responsive to this portion of the Request.
