- Any digital communications (including but not limited to: emails, text messages, engagement letters) between Texas state Representative Steve Toth and Jonathan Mitchell and/or Mitchell Law PLLC (jonathan@mitchell.law) sent between November 1, 2024, and the time this request is processed, including attachments

This session, lawmakers Hughes and Toth have introduced abortion-related bills with civil liability enforcement provisions that mirror a 2021 law written by Jonathan Mitchell.

I am a journalist doing public interest reporting.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
