For the County to continue to process your request for records, we require additional information.

As currently worded, we consider the request broad and are seeking to clarify and narrow the request.

Regarding Item 1, you have not listed any individuals with whom Judge O'Hare communicated with. Would you please limit the scope of this portion of the request by providing a list of individuals with whom Judge O'Hare communicated with by first and last name?

Regarding Item 2, you have not listed any key terms. Would you be able to provide a list of key terms to limit the scope of the search to only those containing the key terms or phrases? Also, do you have the names of the individuals and/or email addresses of individuals who are members of "the University of Texas Board of Regents?" so that we may narrow the search by those individuals communicating with Judge O'Hare?

We appreciate any clarification and narrowing that you can provide in light of the discussion above.

Per Texas Government Code section 552.222, if a written response to this request for clarification or narrowing is not received within 61 days, your request is considered withdrawn.

Description of records requested:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records: 1. Any communications sent or received by Tim O'Hare that mention any of the following terms: drag shows, drag, Executive Order, or Title IX. This request is limited to records generated on or after January 20, 2025. 2. Any communications between Tim O'Hare and any member of the University of Texas Board of Regents on or after March 10, 2025. "Communications" means and includes emails, text messages, social media messages, letters, memoranda, calendar entries, chats, or any form of one-to-one or one-to-many communication. Please note that this request seeks public records wherever they may be found, including on devices or networks owned or operated by private parties. For example, if an employee uses a personal cell phone or social media account to conduct public business, records created, maintained, or held on the phone or account are public records subject to this request. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not. Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
