Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
* Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for Texas Department of Public Safety agents corresponding to use of any and all of the following products and brands (company name in parentheses): Taser (Axon), LRAD (Genasys), Defense Technologies (Safariland), PACEM Defense. Please include document authors and dates
* List of full postmortem reporting requirements (e.g. subject resistance reports) for Texas Department of Public Safety agents after deployment of above products against civilians
* Blank copies of any forms related to postmortem reporting requirements for { agency name} agents who deploy, or who supervise the deployment of, the above products against civilians
This request is not being made for commercial purposes and will be used for the public benefit. For this reason I request that any fees be waived. If this is not possible, kindly inform me as to the nature and amount of the fee as soon as possible.
I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
