Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
- All records used in preparation and instruction of the Axon TASER New User Course (https://txdps.nuvolaacademy.com/blended_courses/845#top), including but not limited to handouts, notes, presentations, visual aids, and instructional videos, as well as blank copies of tests, quizzes, and other assessments associated with the course
- All departmental communications with AXON Holdings LLC or its representatives containing the word "training" or "course"
- All purchase orders for AXON software, training, and equipment for the department from January 1, 2020, to the date of acknowledgment of this request
This request is made exclusively for journalistic purposes and in the interest of the public edification. Thank you kindly for your attention.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
