3) A copy of any cost complaint(s) as articulated in section 552.2615 of the Texas Government Code, filed by any person with the first name of Philip or Phillip and with the last name of Turner between these dates: January 1, 2012 to September 25, 2022.

4) A copy of any internal document or email generated by the Texas Attorney Office in response to the above Complaint(s).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
