Any and all documents maintained by the University of Texas, Austin involving Title IX complaints and investigations involving state Sen. Charles Schwertner from 2010 - present.
Records requested include but are not limited to: formal or informal complaints, investigations, investigative reports, findings of facts, supporting material and documents, interviews, letters, evidence gathered, determinations, executive summaries, etc.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hi Bob,
Thank you for the response. I tried calling your office, and left a message on David's line.
There was an investigation conducted by the University of Texas that received considerable news coverage, including around an Executive Summary, which I've attached. I wanted to see why that didn't come up in my records request. If I've got the wrong UT, I apologize, but it appeared to have originated through UT at Austin.

Thanks for writing. We sent a final response to UT Austin ORR no. 5271 on October 16, 2023, which read:
This message is provided in final response to your request. There have been no Title IX complaints or investigations involving Senator Schwertner. Therefore, UT Austin has no documents responsive to your request.
We spoke on the phone after you got that reply, after which you submitted a new request, ORR no. 5364. We are working on that one and expect to have a response out to you tomorrow.
