I would like the complete prison file for Tommy Lynn Sells, #999367. Please include any copies of correspondence, reports, commissary balances, written requests, visitor logs, disciplinary reports and any other information the department retained. Sells was executed on April 3, 2014. Sells was housed on death row in the Allan B. Polunsky Unit near Livingston, Texas. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice received him on November 8, 2000.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
