Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Any recording (including audio or video captured by body camera, vehicular camera, or handheld device) of the detention of Carlos, a photojournalist employed by FOX 7, on April 24, 2024, at or near UT Austin. For any recording of the detention, please include any audio or video captured five minutes before his detention and twenty minutes after the recording captured any audio or video of his detention.

2. Any report concerning the arrest or interaction with Carlos on April 24, 2024.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
