Request for Body Cam Footage of Incident Involving Lindsay Shiver

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am writing to formally request access to the bodycam footage under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) related to the incident involving Lindsay Shiver on July 16, where she called 911 following a dispute with her husband, Robert Shiver.

Incident Summary: Lindsay Shiver called 911 on Robert Shiver after he allegedly refused to let her hitch a ride on their private jet to meet her lover in the Bahamas. During the investigation, police discovered incriminating messages in which Lindsay allegedly wrote "Kill him" in a WhatsApp message to her lover, Newbold. Lindsay was later arrested along with two accomplices in the Bahamas on charges related to the incident.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
