Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
- The number of surveillance cameras in Ticonderoga and where each camera is located.
- Any contracts for services related to cameras, such as data storage, data analysis, image storage, image analysis, video storage, video analysis, operation, installation and maintenance;
- The cost per year to maintain the surveillance cameras.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This email is in response to your FOIL request and will fulfill your
request.
The Town has 6 total surveillance cameras, 4 are located along Montcalm
Street and 2 are behind Montcalm Street (this is along our main street of
the Town) .
We pay a quarterly billing of $99.00. Any additional costs such as repairs
are billed separately. To date this year, we have spent $1,154.00 which
includes quarterly billing.
There is no contract on file for these cameras.
