Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
I would like a copy of the complete list of Twitter accounts blocked by the Toledo Police's account @ToledoPolice. This request also is for any and all copies of any e-mails, correspondence, or policies regarding the blocking of these Twitter accounts.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

This email is in response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, received on July 25, 2017. After thorough research, it has been determined by our Technical Services Department that we do not block any Twitter accounts.

I would request that the technical services department look more deeply into this request. I checked my twitter account this evening on 7/25/2017 and I am blocked by the @toledopolice twitter account. I attached a screenshot. I suspect that others may also be blocked so I would like a complete list as my request stated along with any emails, correspondence, and policies regarding the blocking of Twitter accounts.

I was advised the Toledo Police Department does not keep or have record of blocked Twitter accounts nor do we have copies, emails, correspondence or policies regarding the blocking of Twitter accounts.

Does a public employee or member of the Toledo Police Department have access to the @ToledoPolice twitter account? If so, a record of blocked accounts is part of the Toldeo Police's account data. After logging into twitter, this data is found under twitter.com - settings - blocked accounts. I would like a complete list of the accounts found in there. This data has been produced by numerous government agencies across the country from public accounts.
