University of Toledo Women’s Basketball Summer Tour 2019

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting a copy of the contract signed between the University of Toledo Women’s Basketball Athletic program and the vendor who will provide services for the 2019 University of Toledo Women’s Basketball tour to an overseas location. If available, I am also requesting a copy of the final itinerary for the trip.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
