Please provide records sufficient to show a current staff roster of all sworn employees with the Tom Green County Sheriff.

Please include;
- first and last name of each employee with their corresponding;
- badge number
- employee identification number
- hire date
- rank or position
- assigned duty station/substation/precinct/location
- current salary

This request applies to ALL sworn Department employees including those at substations.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I respectfully appeal the fees assessed for this records request. My research indicates that most law enforcement agencies nationwide have fulfilled similar requests without charging fees. This project is undertaken in the public interest and for a non-profit purpose. Waiving the fees associated with this request would align with the core principles of the Freedom of Information Act, promoting transparency and public understanding of government operations.

I am open to modifying my request to minimize processing time and cost. If an existing electronic list of sworn officers is available, I would be pleased to accept it with reduced or alternative data fields.
