Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
On 5/22/2019, Kevin Riford filed a police complaint with the Tonawanda Town Police Department regarding FBI Special Agent Brian A. Burns and was provided with a investigating officer card by Michael G. Lewandowski,#105 (see attached photos of card).
Subsequently, in 2020, Mr. Lewandowski was terminated from the Tonawanda Town Police Department. Below are some news articles regarding Officer Lewandowski.
Please provide the following records
1.) Copy of complaint # 19-921184
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
