Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
-All materials and records describing and sufficient to show/disclose all allegations of sexual harassment, hostile work environment, or other misconduct made against Brett Rider or Randall Rider including correspondence with all city officials in regard to these allegations. Where discipline was warranted, please provide access to, or information regarding sexual harassment trainings used.
-All materials and records describing treatment of individuals who have made claims against Brett Rider or Randall Rider, reports of retaliation, and any policies regarding the treatment of such individuals, particularly as it relates to scheduling.
Please provide materials created during the following timeframes:
• January 1, 2017 - November 10, 2020
• November 11, 2020 - August 8, 2021
This request is being made in the public interest by a community organization pursuing research regarding effective policies for responding to and healing from instances of harassment and toxic work environments.
