Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I hereby request the following documents:
All contracts, memorandums of understanding, invoices, emails, and related materials regarding the employment and/or use of inmates and inmate labor sourced from Torrance County Detention Facility
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

I apologize for not responding to this IPRA sooner, I was trying to find out whether we had any responsive documents. The County does not, but the request has been forwarded to the Detention Center to determine whether they have responsive documents. We will let you know what we find out from the facility.
