Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
We would like to request the following from "Troup County School System" (TCSS) in Troup County, GA.
* Copy of the current contract/extensions/amendments for the school bus stop arm program with Gatekeeper Systems, Inc.
Believe the initial contract was signed in 2017
* Report of # of incidents captured, # of citations mailed, payment rate, etc. (per year) for the duration of the program
* Report of results from the one-day survey test which occurred prior to the contract installations. (Dr. Jeff Turner advised of this event in the News Release from 4/24/2017)
* Confirm the number of current (and future anticipated) installations
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
