I have received written permission to release WhiteBox proprietary documents to you. I have also reached out to Motorola Spillman Flex and I am waiting for them to respond whether or not they plan to seek an injunction prior to the records release.
I will know more when I hear from Motorola. I will either provide you an update or responsive records on or before 2/16/2022.  If public records become available in advance of this estimate we will contact you promptly.  Conversely, if the department encounters a need to extend our time estimate, we will contact you promptly with a revised estimated date.
