Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
With respect to item 9(d) of the agenda for the June 23, 2022 meeting of State Board of Education, referring to "Updated report on House Bill 1775 complaint filed, and status thereof, regarding alleged violations of 70 O.S. § 24-157 and administrative rule prohibiting race and sex discrimination - 70 O.S. § 24-157; Oklahoma Administrative Code 210:10-1-23":
1. A copy of any complaint alleging or concerning any violation of House Bill 1775, 70 O.S. § 24-157, or Oklahoma Administrative Code 210:10-1-23.
2. A copy of any correspondence received from or sent to the State Board of Education or State Department of Education concerning any alleged violation of House Bill 1775, 70 O.S. § 24-157, or Oklahoma Administrative Code 210:10-1-23.
3. A copy of any records provided or made available to the State Board of Education or State Department of Education concerning any alleged violation of House Bill 1775, 70 O.S. § 24-157, or Oklahoma Administrative Code 210:10-1-23. This request includes, but is not limited to, any training materials or audio recordings).
This request is limited to records generated on or after May 7, 2021.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
