Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

EFOIA Request

For the offices of former United States Attorney Carmen Ortiz, and first assistant United States Attorney and then acting USAO William Weinreb , I am seeking copies of both calendars and phone records for the attorneys as cited for the duration of 2015 to December 21, 2017.

For both offices I was also seeking any records of correspondence with former Secretary of State John Kerry, or former President Barack Obama.

Please produce the records in original unredacted fashion.

As a guideline please refer to the attached recent DOJ production of a similar official:

***This is a duplicate request your offices indicated it sent a reply to the incorrect address via USPS. I have communicated with USPIS and USPS and they have advised the are NOT holding any mail for me. The obstruction of the denial letter deprived the requester in his appeal rights and rights to file a crime report for matters of a historical nature being subject to destruction in obstruction of justice. ***

In my opinion your office has gone further down hill in handling of FOIA. Whose ethics are you emulating? I think you need a new manager.
