Dear FOIA officer:
This is a Freedom of Information Act request directed toward the U.S. Navy Office of Legislative Affairs.
In 2015, the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee directed the service secretaries to submit reports to Congress on the the training and utilization of Forensic Experiential Trauma Interview (FETI) techniques by criminal investigators and judge advocates within their respective departments (Senate Report 114-49 at page 132). I request a copy of the Department of the Navy's report in response to this requirement with all attachments, enclosures, and transmittal letters. If the Navy and Marine Corps split their responses into two different reports, please provide both.
This request is not being made for commercial purposes, and I am willing to pay fees of up to $25.00. I would prefer the request be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not. Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,
T.J. Kenney
