Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
your agency's FOIA request log covering 2018, which includes a field showing the subject of each request and a field for the final disposition.
Further, I request that this document be sent in any digital formats in which it exists (such as PDF and Excel). Under the terms of the E-FOIA Amendments of 1996, Section 5, if a document exists in electronic format, it must be released in that format upon request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
I agree to pay up to $10 for this request. If it will be more than this, please let me know in advance.

This correspondence is in regards to your FOIA request our office received on April 15, 2019. You requested the following:

On April 15 & April 23, I requested you clarify if you are seeking the FOIA Log for Fiscal Year 2018 or calendar year 2018. You have not provided clarification, however, I am moving forward with your request. I am interpreting your request as FOIA Log for Fiscal Year 2018. This will consist of the date range October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018. Even though I am processing your request, you will be able to our FOIA Logs on the following webpage: https://www.peacecorps.gov/about/open-government/foia/
Please be advised our logs do not have the final disposition listed, however, we are working on updating our FOIA Logs to include the final disposition.
Your request has been assigned case number 19-0064. Please use this case number when referencing your request. Within 20 business days you will receive a status update on your request.
