I am attaching the document which I sent last April and then again in July. I apologize that you did not recieve it more timely. I thought that it had gone through. As the attached shows, we had 3 FOIA requests in 2018. If you have any further questions or would like additional information please feel free to reach out to me directly at claire.green@ssab.gov or 202 475-7707.

Dear Mr. Kick,
I apologize that you did not receive the attached report sooner. I do not fully understand what happened, but I responded to your email shortly after receipt in April 2019, and then I resent my response in July. I found my first email was returned undeliverable, but I thought the July email had gone through. I also did not receive any of the other communications listed on your website. I will contact our systems tech support to see if your emails are being picked up by a spam filter, and will upload the attached report to your website to ensure that you receive it. Note, this is the annual report which we submit to DOJ.
Please feel free to contact me directly (email or phone) with any future requests Claire.green@ssab.gov<mailto:Claire.green@ssab.gov>.
Again, my apologies that you did not receive this response more timely.
Thanks,
Claire
