Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
your agency's FOIA request log covering 2018, which includes a field showing the subject of each request and a field for the final disposition.
Further, I request that this document be sent in any digital formats in which it exists (such as PDF and Excel). Under the terms of the E-FOIA Amendments of 1996, Section 5, if a document exists in electronic format, it must be released in that format upon request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.

Your request was received in this office on March 07, 2019, and you requested the following: I hereby request the following records:your agency's FOIA request log covering 2018, which includes a field showing the subject of each request and a field for the final disposition. Your request was assigned FOIA Request 2019-FPAC-BC-02621-F and has been placed in the Simple multi-processing track. Please refer to this number concerning any future inquiries you may have. Provisions of the FOIA allow NRCS to recover part of the cost of complying with your request. For purposes of fee assessment, you were categorized as a news media requester, pursuant to 7 CFR Appendix A to Subpart A of Part 1 §5(c). For your review and information, a copy of the USDA FOIA Fee Schedule is enclosed. In accordance with 7 CFR Appendix A to Subpart A of Part 1 §6(a)(4), your fees shall be waived where the amount of the fee is $25.00 or less. You will be contacted before any fees over $25.00 are accrued. I will query the appropriate component of NRCS for responsive records. If any responsive records are located, they will be reviewed for determination of releasability . Please be assured that I will respond to your request as expeditiously as possible.
