Processing protocols for handling 305 Files, including requirements for scoping files, longevity of files in ICRC during processing, requirements for "checking out" 305 files, and requirements for areas where review of 305 files may be performed in privacy. Please include past deprecated instructions relevant to this request, even if superseded by current guidance. Please include a count of materials excluded from this request, if denied in part.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM, DVD-R, or BD-R if not.
