This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
I am looking for the number of A-3 non-immigrant visas (the personal attendants, employees or servants of the principal A-1 or A-2 visa holders) issued by year from 2009 to 2014, including as much information as possible, including but not limited to the countries of origin of the recipients of these visas and categories of employment.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I have contacted the Case Analyst and requested a status update and estimated completion date for your case. The Analyst will contact the bureaus doing the searches and the individuals reviewing the material. This will take some time because each case is different. The search and review time varies. The time depends on the complexity of information requested and the time it takes to review the material.

Our records indicate you were sent a letter and all releasable material on 2-8-2017.
You should have gotten information on how to make an appeal when you were sent your documents. If you didn't we apologize. If you wish to appeal any denial of documents there are specific requirements and a process for doing so.
