A list of pending Title IX sexual violence investigations at post-secondary institutions in the state of Nevada released by the Office of Civil Rights from August 2020 to the date your office processes this request, inclusive. Please provide them in spread-sheet format — for example, CSV or XLSX — if available.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I was hoping to receive a list of sexual violence cases filed against post-secondary institutions in Nevada since August 2020, but would it be possible to expand the request to include all types of discrimination? If expanding the request is overly broad, I am willing accept historical records since August 2020 about sexual violence cases in particular.
