Records of any leases, contracts, or other real estate agreements for the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Erie, PA Border Patrol Station; CBP Buffalo Border Patrol Sector Headquarters; CBP Grand Forks, ND Border Patrol Station; and Immigration and Naturalization Services offices in Buffalo, NY listed on the Acquest Development website available at: https://www.acquestdevelopment.com/showcase/portfolio?form_name=filter_list_sc_portfolio&form_event=submit&resume=true&list_sc_portfolio_filter_cat_2=0&list_sc_portfolio_filter_per_page=100&filter_btn=Update+List The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not. Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires."
In order to properly respond to your request, it is necessary for us to take a 10 working day extension under 41 CFR 105-60.404(a)(1), the need to search for and collect the requested records from field facilities or other establishments that are separate from the office processing the request.
