Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The ATF, through its open data portal, has made available a quarterly break down of the Firearms and Ammunition Excise Tax (FAET) collections which are broken out between handguns, long guns, and ammunition by from FY 1990 through 3rd QTR of FY 2017. It is available at this URL: https://catalog.data.gov/dataset/firearms-and-ammunition-excise-tax-faet-collections-which-are-broken-out-between-handguns- . This data is collected through a form titled "FEDERAL FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION QUARTERLY EXCISE TAX RETURN" with the OMB Number 1513-0094. I request an electronic, machine readable copy of the data collected in this form including:

1. Business name and location
2. Email address
3. EIN
4. Daytime telephone number
5. Form of payment
6. Type of return
7. Tax period
8. The sales price of all articles sold
9. The sales price of all articles sold tax-exempt
10. The sales price of all articles sold tax-free
11. Taxable sales
12. Eligible adjustments
13. Adjusted taxable sales

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
