Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

In October 2023, President Biden signed an executive order on the Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence. Section 4.2(a) of this order requires that companies inform the federal government if they are "developing or demonstrating an intent to develop" AI models or computing clusters that exceed certain computing power thresholds.

I am requesting copies of information, reports, and records sent to the Commerce Department by companies pursuant to Section 4.2 of the Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence. Specifically, I am requesting records sent by Amazon, Alphabet, Microsoft, OpenAI, Meta, Anthropic, and any other companies that have disclosed AI models or computing clusters pursuant to Section 4.2 between October 2023 and the present.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
