All memos, investigative or non-investigative records, incident reports, or emails from Jan. 1, 2016 to Present Day which includes any of the following keywords: "Bidstream", "Bid request" , "supply side platform", "Advertisement Identification Number", "AIN", "Advertising Identification Number" or "Advertising ID"
All email correspondences from January 1, 2016 until Present Day between any department email accounts to and from any following email addresses ending with these domains: thetradedesk.com, xandr.com, appnexus.com, pubmatic.com, indexexchange.com, magnite.com. Responsive documents should include any and all attached documents to the email correspondence. Emails could include but are not limited to: Legal@thetradedesk.com, privacy@appnexus.com or the general pattern `AnyUser@TheCompany.com` or *@*.TheCompany.com
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
