I understand you may need to consult with other parties, therefore I suggest working with your IT departments as well to search for vendors for captioning who use plug-ins within video editing software like those I have observed in Burbank. There may be more records at those Post Production facilities or vaults as they have been called.

You are seeking "all captioned media for years between 1979 and 2024" within the "Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP)".
Please identify what program or event within OSEP you are seeking media and the accompanying transcripts from. OSEP hosts different programs annually. In addition, please specify what type of media you are seeking (video, audio etc.).
